CANITÓN BOOKING CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Registration for Canitón covers the complete 6-session programme.

The course costs €150, and your place is confirmed once full payment has been received.

CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT

If you need to cancel your registration before the course starts, please contact Oh Là Woof and you will receive a full refund, deducting the payment processing fees.

Once the course has started, registration covers the complete programme and no refunds will be given for cancellations or missed sessions.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES BY OH LÀ WOOF

Canitón will run with a minimum of 3 registered dogs and a maximum of 8 places.

If Oh Là Woof has to cancel the course before it starts, you will receive a full refund.

If, exceptionally, a session date needs to be changed, participants will be informed as far in advance as possible.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

Classes normally take place outdoors at Parc del Turó de Can Mates.

In case of rain, the session may be moved to a covered location in Sant Cugat.

If weather conditions make it impossible to hold the class safely and appropriately, an alternative date will be arranged.

PARTICIPATING DOGS

Canitón is a group activity. Participating dogs must be able to work in the presence of other dogs and people.

Canitón is not suitable for dogs displaying aggressive behaviour. If you're unsure whether the course is suitable for your dog, please contact Oh Là Woof before booking.

EQUIPMENT AND PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Before the course starts, you will receive an email with the exact meeting point, along with practical information and details of the equipment you'll need for the sessions.

RESPONSIBILITY DURING CLASSES

Each participant is responsible for keeping their dog under control during the sessions and following the instructions given during the class.
